- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, dengan kelulusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, melantik pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (2) Jadual sebagai pegawai pengurus dan pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (3) sebagai penolong pegawai pengurus bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen yang disebut dalam ruang (1), bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil P. 091 Rompin dalam Negeri Pahang berkuat kuasa mulai 10 April 2015. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the returning officer and the officers mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant returning officers for the Parliamentary Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of the by-election of P. 091 Rompin in the State of Pahang with effect from 10 April 2015.
