IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the enforcement officer and the officers mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant enforcement officers for the Parliamentary Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of the by-election of P. 091 Rompin in the State of Pahang with effect from 10 April 2015.
