PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Song Siew Weng (No. KP. 621005-08-6205), Chong Heoy Choo (No. KP. 610429-08-6096) dan Perniagaan Sri Perkasa (No. Pendaftaran Perniagaan: IP0214064-T), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 6, Ipoh pada 9 Februari 2015 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613], a notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against Song Siew Weng

(NRIC. No. 621005-08-6205), Chong Heoy Choo (NRIC. No. 610429-08-6096) and

Perniagaan Sri Perkasa (Bussiness Registration No.: IP0214064-T), to attend before

High Court 6, Ipoh on 9 February 2015 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
