COMMERCIAL VEHICLES LICENSING BOARD ACT 1987
APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF BOARD OFFICERS
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the Commercial Vehicles Licensing
Board Act 1987 [Act 334], the Minister appoints the persons named in column (1)
of the First Schedule to be Board Officers with effect from the dates specified in column (2).
Revocation of appointment 2.
The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as
Board Officers as published in P.U. (B) 158/2010 on 8 April 2010 are revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (2).
