- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(b) Akta Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan 1957 [Akta 349], Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan telah menetapkan Dato’ Sr. Dr. Azimuddin bin Bahari untuk menyaksikan peletakan meterai Perbadanan pada semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain yang menghendaki meterai Perbadanan dan untuk menandatangani semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain itu bagi maksud subseksyen 5(1) Akta, selama tempoh Dato’ Sr. Dr. Azimuddin bin Bahari berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Persekutuan, berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mei 2015. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands Commissioner has designated Dato’ Sr. Dr. Azimuddin bin Bahari to witness the affixing of the seal of the Corporation to all deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation and to sign all such deeds, documents and other instruments for the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, for the period Dato’ Sr. Dr. Azimuddin bin Bahari serves with the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines, with effect from 1 May 2015.
