- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(d) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri melantik Wan Suraya binti Wan Mohd. Radzi sebagai anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara daripada kalangan pegawai awam berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Februari 2015 hingga 27 September 2015. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Harjit Kaur a/p Chand Singh sebagai anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara yang mewakili Agensi Kerajaan yang disiarkan dalam Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara [P.U. (B) 420/2014] pada 19 September 2014 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2015. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(d) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints Wan Suraya binti Wan Mohd. Radzi as a member of the National Wages Consultative Council from amongst the public officers with effect from 1 February 2015 to 27 September 2015. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Harjit Kaur a/p Chand Singh as a member of the National Wages Consultative Council representing the Government Agencies published in the Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 420/2014] on 19 September 2014 is revoked with effect from 1 January 2015. P.U.
