MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF MINES INCORPORATION ACT 1914

AMENDMENTS TO THE MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF MINES BY-LAWS 1934

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15

of the Malaysian Chamber of Mines Incorporation Act 1914 [Act 367], the Minister has approved the amendment to by-laws 10 of the Malaysian Chamber of Mines

By-Laws 1934 made by the Chamber pursuant to section 14 of the Act as specified in the

Schedule.

In paragraph (a), by substituting for the words “RM3,000” wherever appearing the words “RM5,000”;

(2)

In paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “RM350” the words “RM1,000”;

(3)

In paragraph (f)―

(a)

by substituting for the words “RM20” the words “RM100”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “RM120” the words “RM500”;

(4)

In paragraph (h)―

(a)

by substituting for the words “RM120” wherever appearing the words

“RM500”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “RM1,200” the words “RM5,000”; and
