PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Maria Razal a/l Maridas (No. KP. 641216-02-5347) dan Komila a/p M. Rajoo (No. KP. 710619-07-5046), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 3, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang pada 25 Ogos 2015 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613], a notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against Maria Razal a/l Maridas

(NRIC. No. 641216-02-5347) and Komila a/p M. Rajoo (NRIC. No. 710619-07-5046), to attend before High Court 3, Georgetown, Penang on 25 August 2015 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
