Preamble

BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. (B) 274/2014 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan pada 3 Jun 2014, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk taman awam yang dikenali sebagai Taman Putra 5 dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. (B) 360/2002 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan pada 28 November 2002, Kerajaan Persekutuan telah mewakilkan penjalanan kuasanya di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya: DAN BAHAWASANYA, adalah didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya, memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan bahawa mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu akan didengar oleh Pentadbir Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dalam suatu siasatan yang akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, Aras G, Blok 2, P.U. (B) 367 3 Menara Seri Wilayah, Presint 2, Putrajaya mulai pukul 10.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 21 September 2015.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 274/2014 published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation on 3 Jun 2014, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya

(Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit a site for public park known as Taman Putra 5 and has designated that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 360/2002 published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation on 28 November 2002, the Government of the Federation has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National

Land Code to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked:

NOW THEREFORE, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory

Putrajaya, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it, gives notice under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and that any person who desires to object against such revocation will be heard by the Land Administrator of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya at an enquiry to be held at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Putrajaya, Level G, Block 2, Seri Wilayah Tower, Precinct 2, Putrajaya from 10.00 a.m.

to 4.00 p.m. on 21 September 2015.
