Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the British Armed Forces from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of Joint Exercise LIMA with the Malaysian Armed Forces for the period from 6 September 2015 to 22 October 2015.
