Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi tujuan pameran di “4th General Police and Special Equipment Exhibition and Conference Asia 2015 (GPEC ASIA 2015)” bagi tempoh dua minggu mulai 15 Oktober 2015 hingga 29 Oktober 2015. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “4th General Police and Special Equipment Exhibition and Conference Asia 2015 (GPEC ASIA 2015)” for a period of two weeks from 15 October 2015 to 29 October 2015.
