- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 06 Chempaka, Kelantan telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 18 Februari 2015 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 06 Chempaka, Kelantan dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 10 Mac 2015 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 18 Mac 2015 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 22 Mac 2015. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N. 06 Chempaka, Kelantan has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 18 February 2015 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N. 06 Chempaka, Kelantan and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 10 March 2015 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 18 March 2015 and the polling day shall be 22 March 2015.
