Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara)2009
[P.U. (A) 454/2009], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 242/2010 pada 10 Mei 2010, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.
