IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the enforcement officer and the officer mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant enforcement officer for the Parliamentary Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of the by-election of P.093 Sungai Besar in the State of Selangor with effect from 13 May 2016.
