Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Enakmen Rizab Melayu) 1974 [P.U. (A) 60/1974] dan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Enakmen Perizaban Melayu) (Pindaan) 1984 [P.U. (A) 340/1984], Perdana Menteri sebagai Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi Tanah Rizab Melayu di Wilayah Persekutuan dengan kelulusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dalam Pelan Syit No. 78-C yang disimpan di Pejabat Penguasa Hasil Ukur, Selangor, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu Gombak menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 113 yang disiarkan pada 14 Januari 1916, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu berkuat kuasa mulai dari tarikh Perisytiharan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

(A) 340/1984], the Prime Minister as the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for the Malay Reservations in the Federal Territory with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated in Plan Sheet No. 78-C which is deposited in the office of the

Revenue

Surveys,

Selangor, which is forming part of the Gombak Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay State Government

Gazette No. 113 published on 14 January 1916, be revoked from forming part of the

Malay Reservation with effect from the date of the publication of this Declaration in the Gazette.
