AMENDMENT OF NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF SITE AS HERITAGE SITE

Preamble

PURSUANT to the powers conferred by paragraph 31(2)(a) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Commissioner amends the Notice of Designation of Site as Heritage Site published in the Gazette on 7 April 2011 [P.U. (B) 153/2011] in the national language text, in the Schedule, in item 4, in column (2) by substituting for the words “Kuala Lumpur” the words “Jalan Raja”.
