BERIKUTAN penyiaran Notis Pemulaan Penyiasatan bagi Penentuan Langkah
Perlindungan mengenai Keluaran Rod Dawai Keluli dan Bar Bebunga dalam Gegelung yang Diimport ke dalam Malaysia dalam P.U. (B) 264/2016 pada 27 Mei 2016,
Kerajaan melanjutkan tempoh masa dengan tambahan sebanyak tiga puluh hari mulai 28 Ogos 2016 hingga 26 September 2016 bagi membuat penentuan awal menurut subperaturan 9(2) Peraturan-Peraturan Pelindung 2007 [P.U. (A) 386/2007] dalam hal penyiasatan mengenai import keluaran rod dawai keluli dan bar bebunga dalam gegelung yang berkenaan ke dalam Malaysia.

NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME PERIOD FOR MAKING PRELIMINARY
DETERMINATION

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of Investigation for the
Determination of Safeguard Measure with regard to Steel Wire Rods and Deformed Bar in Coils Products Imported into Malaysia in P.U. (B) 264/2016 on 27 May 2016, the Government extends the time period by an additional thirty days from 28 August 2016 to 26 September 2016 for making the preliminary determination pursuant to subregulation 9(2) of the Safeguards Regulations 2007 [P.U. (A) 386/2007]
in the case of the investigation with regard to the imports of the relevant steel wire rods and deformed bar in coils products into Malaysia.
