Preamble

  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 49(1) Akta Warisan Kebangsaan 2005 [Akta 645], Pesuruhjaya mengisytiharkan objek yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual yang dipunyai oleh Bank Negara Malaysia dan dipamerkan di Galeri Numismatik Bank Negara Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur sebagai objek warisan.

NATIONAL HERITAGE ACT 2005

DECLARATION OF HERITAGE OBJECT (NO. 3) 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 49(1)

of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Commissioner declares the objects listed in the Schedule owned by the Central Bank of Malaysia and displayed at the

Numismatic Gallery of the Central Bank of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur to be heritage objects.
