- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States Marines Special Troops from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purposes of the Malaysia-U.S. CARAT Exercise Force Protection for the period from 29 May 2016 to 5 June 2016.
