MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
DECLARATION OF ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR MALACCA PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Malacca Port in the State of Malacca as defined in the Legal Notification
No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Alteration of port limits 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953] is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Malacca, by substituting for item 46 the following item:
