  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan—

(a)

Tentera Khas Marin Amerika Syarikat daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2)

Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan bagi “Latihan Pasukan Perlindungan Kilat Lantera oleh

Angkatan Tentera Malaysia VAT69 – Tentera Khas Marin Amerika Syarikat”;

Suggest a fix
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts—

(a)

the United States of America Marine Special Force from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the “Lantern Flash Mint Force Protection

Exercise by the Malaysian Armed Forces VAT69 – United States of America

Marine Special Force”; and

Suggest a fix

(b)

the United States of America Marine Special Force from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the

“Lantern Flash Mint Force Protection Exercise by the Malaysian Armed

Forces VAT69 – United States of America Marine Special Force”.
