- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 26 Akta Prosiding Kerajaan 1956 [Akta 359], Peguam Negara menetapkan Duta Malaysia ke Sweden untuk menerima apa-apa dokumen yang hendak disampaikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan bagi maksud atau berkaitan dengan apa-apa prosiding sivil oleh atau terhadap Kerajaan Persekutuan di Sweden.
