Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 73 Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri menetapkan kawasan dan semua bangunan yang dikelilingi pagar dawai berangkai yang terletak di atas Lot 103 dan Lot 135311787, Mukim Kindasan, Daerah Keningau, Sabah dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Sekolah Henry Gurney, Keningau, Sabah” sebagai Sekolah Henry Gurney bagi tujuan Akta ini, berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Mac 2017. Pembatalan 2. Penetapan Sekolah Henry Gurney Kedua, Keningau, Sabah [P.U. (B) 366/1991] yang disiarkan pada 18 Julai 1991 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Mac 2017. Bertarikh 29 Mac 2017 [KDN. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the area and all buildings surrounded by chain-link fences situated on Lot 103 and Lot 135311787, Mukim Kindasan, District of Keningau, Sabah and designated as “Henry Gurney School, Keningau, Sabah” to be a Henry Gurney School for the purposes of this Act, with effect from 31 March 2017. Revocation 2. The Appointment of Second Henry Gurney School, Keningau, Sabah [P.U. (B) 366/1991] published on 18 July 1991 is revoked with effect from 31 March 2017. Dated 29 March 2017 [KDN.
