- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 59B Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja 1969 [Akta 4], Menteri telah melantik Encik Abdul Halim bin Mansor sebagai ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial yang mewakili orang berinsurans bagi tempoh dari 4 Januari 2017 hingga 20 Ogos 2017. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Encik N. Gopalkishnam sebagai ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial yang mewakili orang berinsurans dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial [P.U. (B) 258/2016] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 25 Mei 2016 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 4 Januari 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59B of the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 [Act 4], the Minister has appointed Encik Abdul Halim bin Mansor as a member of the Social Security Organization Board representing the insured persons for the period from 4 January 2017 to 20 August 2017. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Encik N. Gopalkishnam as a member of the Social Security Organization Board representing insured persons in the notification of Appointment of P.U.
