- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subsekyen 4(1) Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013 [Akta 757], dan menurut subseksyen 1(8) Akta, Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan telah melantik pegawai yang dinamakan dalam Jadual bagi maksud mentadbirkan dan menjalankan peruntukan Akta bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Disember 2016. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757], and in accordance with subsection 1(8) of the Act, the Minister of Federal Territories has appointed the officers named in the Schedule for the purposes of administering and carrying out the provisions of the Act for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya with effect from 1 December 2016.
