MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952

DECLARATION OF ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR

FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN PORT

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)

of the

Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Federal Territory of Labuan Port in the Federal Territory of Labuan as defined in the

Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].

Alteration of port limits 2.

The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the Federal Territory of Labuan, by substituting for item 89 the following item:
