- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri mengecualikan GovCo Holdings Berhad daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi tempoh dua puluh tahun berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.
