- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong oleh seksyen 6 Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32], dan yang diwakilkan kepada Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. 33/68, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa naskhah sahih bagi Rang Undang-Undang Akses kepada Sumber Biologi dan Perkongsian Faedah 2017 yang akan dikemukakan dalam Mesyuarat Kedua, Penggal Kelima, Parlimen Ketiga Belas ialah naskhah dalam bahasa Inggeris. - IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by section 6 of the National Language Acts 1963/67 [Act 32], and delegated to the Prime Minister under P.U. 33/68, the Prime Minister prescribes that the authoritative text of the Access to Biological Resources and Benefit Sharing Bill 2017 to be introduced in the Second Meeting of the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth Parliament is the text in the English language.
