- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537] dibaca bersama perenggan 7(4)(b) Akta Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan 2004 [Akta 638], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Pusat Pemulihan Penagihan Narkotik Kota Tinggi, Johor sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang, yang direman atau dihukum dengan apa-apa tempoh pemenjaraan, yang tidak melebihi satu bulan. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537] read together with paragraph 7(4)(b) of the National Anti-Drugs Agency Act 2004 [Act 638], the Minister appoints the lock-up at the Kota Tinggi Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre, Johore to be a place for the confinement of persons, remanded or sentenced to such terms of imprisonment, not exceeding one month.
