- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) Akta Penyemakan Undang-Undang 1968 [Akta 1], Ketua Hakim Negara Mahkamah Persekutuan telah melantik Yang Arif Datin Azizah binti Haji Nawawi sebagai ahli Jawatankuasa Penyemak Undang-Undang bagi tempoh dua tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2017. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Yang Arif Tan Sri Ahmad bin Haji Maarop sebagai ahli Jawatankuasa Penyemak Undang-Undang sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Revision of Law Act 1968 [Act 1], the Chief Justice of the Federal Court has appointed Yang Arif Datin Azizah binti Haji Nawawi as a member of the Law Revision Committee for a period of two years with effect from 1 April 2017. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Yang Arif Tan Sri Ahmad bin Haji Maarop as a member of the Law Revision Committee as published in [P.U.
