Preamble
- Bahawasanya kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 03 Tanjong Datu, Sarawak telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 19 Januari 2017 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 03 Tanjong Datu, Sarawak dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 4 Februari 2017 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 12 Februari 2017 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 18 Februari 2017. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N. 03 Tanjong Datu, Sarawak has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 19 January 2017 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N. 03 Tanjong Datu, Sarawak and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 4 February 2017 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 12 February 2017 and the polling day shall be 18 February 2017.
