- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(3) of the National Land Code (Amendment) Act 2016 [Act A1516], the Minister appoints 21 July 2017 as the date on which sections 34 and 76 of the Act comes into operation in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
