- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(3) of the National Land Code (Amendment) Act 2016 [Act A1516], the Minister appoints 30 August 2017 as the date on which sections 35, 45, 48, 49 and 56 of the Act comes into operation in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
