PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 43(1) Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik Ibrahim bin Deris sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah berkuat kuasa mulai 21 November 2013. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 43(1) of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Ibrahim bin Deris as a Judge of the Syariah High Court with effect from 21 November 2013.
