- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 43(1) Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik Ibrahim bin Deris sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah berkuat kuasa mulai 21 November 2013. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 43(1) of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Ibrahim bin Deris as a Judge of the Syariah High Court with effect from 21 November 2013.
