- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri mengecualikan Sentuhan Budiman Sdn. Bhd. daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi tempoh dua puluh tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Disember 2016.
