- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Hakmilik Strata (Pindaan) 2016 [Akta A1518], Menteri, dengan kelulusan Majlis Tanah Negara, menetapkan 1 Januari 2018 sebagai tarikh seksyen 29 Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa di Negeri Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor dan Terengganu. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2016 [Act A1518], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, appoints 1 January 2018 as the date on which section 29 of the Act comes into operation in the States of Johore, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor and Terengganu.
