- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 21(1)(a) Akta Lembaga Minyak Sawit Malaysia 1998 [Akta 582], Lembaga, dengan kelulusan Menteri, telah melantik Tuan Haji Mohamad Nor Abdul Rahman sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Perkhidmatan) Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Disember 2015.
