- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 466(1)(a) Akta Syarikat 2016 [Akta 777], Menteri menetapkan bahawa amaun keterhutangan sesuatu syarikat bagi maksud perenggan itu hendaklah suatu amaun yang melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Januari 2017. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777], the Minister prescribes that the amount of indebtedness of a company for the purposes of that paragraph shall be an amount exceeding ten thousand ringgit with effect from 31 January 2017.
