- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 433(5) Akta Syarikat 2016 [Akta 777], Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi kewangan, menetapkan Institut Akauntan Malaysia dan Institut Akauntan Awam Bertauliah Malaysia sebagai badan profesional diiktiraf berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Mac 2018. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 433(5) of the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777], the Minister, in consultation with the Minister charged with the responsibility for finance, prescribes the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants to be recognized professional bodies with effect from 15 March 2018.
