Notis diberikan kepada pemilih Bahagian Pilihan Raya yang tersebut di atas bahawa suatu pengundian akan dijalankan bagi pilihan raya yang belum selesai bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut dan bahawa pengundian itu akan dibuka pada tarikh yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini di pusat mengundi yang berikut yang terletak di beberapa tempat di dalam daerah mengundi bagi Bahagian
Pilihan Raya tersebut antara waktu yang dinyatakan bersetentangan dengan setiap pusat mengundi.
