- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 16 Akta Penagih Dadah (Rawatan dan Pemulihan) 1983 [Akta 283], Menteri telah memberi kelulusan bagi penubuhan dan pengendalian pusat pemulihan dadah persendirian yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi rawatan dan pemulihan penagih dadah berkuat kuasa mulai 5 April 2018. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Drug Dependants (Treatment and Rehabilitation) Act 1983 [Act 283], the Minister has granted an approval for the establishment and operation of the private drug rehabilitation centre described in the Schedule for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug dependants with effect from 5 April 2018.
