- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2017 yang diperaku semula dan diwartakan pada 31 Mei 2018 [P.U. (B) 335/2018], Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2018 yang diperaku pada 27 Jun 2018 dan diwartakan pada 28 Jun 2018 [P.U. (B) 359/2018], Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2018 (No. 2) yang diperaku pada 29 Jun 2018 dan diwartakan pada 4 Julai 2018 [P.U. (B) 363/2018], hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil N.49 Sungai Kandis dalam Negeri Selangor. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2017 re-certified and gazetted on 31 May 2018 [P.U. (B) 335/2018], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2018 certified on 27 June 2018 and gazetted on 28 June 2018 [P.U. (B) 359/2018], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2018 (No. 2) certified on 29 June 2018 and gazetted on 4 July 2018 [P.U. (B) 363/2018], shall be used in the by-election of the N.49 Sungai Kandis in the State of Selangor.
