- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 59B Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja 1969 [Akta 4], Menteri telah membatalkan pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial yang mewakili orang yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam keselamatan sosial sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial [P.U. (B) 463/2017] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 3 Oktober 2017 berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Jun 2018. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59B of the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 [Act 4], the Minister has revoked the appointment of the persons named in the Schedule as the members of the Social Security Organization Board representing persons with experience in social security matters as published in the notification of Appointment of Members of the Social Security Organization Board [P.U. (B) 463/2017] published in the Gazette on 3 October 2017 with effect from 1 June 2018.
