IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule to hold the posts specified in column (2) for the periods specified in column (3).
