MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
DECLARATION OF ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR
JOHORE BAHRU PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the
Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Johore Bahru Port in the State of Johore as defined in the Legal Notification
No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Alteration of port limits 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Johore, by substituting for item 12 the following item:
