NATIONAL HERITAGE ACT 2005

DECLARATION OF PROTECTED ZONE

IN exercise of powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the

National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Minister, on the advise of the Commissioner, declares the area described in the Schedule as a protected zone with effect from 3 February 2018.
