NOTIFICATION OF ALTERATION OF THE BOUNDARY OF VILLAGE OF BATU CAVES

The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers under paragraph 11(ca) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur by notification in the Delegation of Powers under section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] by the

Government of the Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)

Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], notifies that the boundary of Village of Batu Caves is altered by adding to the area of Mukim Batu, the area described in the Schedule and delineated upon Gazette Plan No. 561 in grey which deposited in the office of the

Department of Survey and Mapping of Federal Territory.
