- MENURUT takrif “jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan” dalam seksyen 67 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, membatalkan Perisytiharan Jalan-Jalan sebagai Jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang Ditetapkan yang disiarkan dalam Warta sebagai P.U. - PURSUANT to the definition of “designated Federal Territory road” in section 67 of the Road Transport Act [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the Commisioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, revokes the Declaration of Roads to be Designated Federal Territory Roads published in the Gazette as P.U.
