NOTIFICATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(1)(e) FOR THE PURPOSE OF BY-ELECTION

FOR THE SEAT OF THE DEWAN RAKYAT P.078 CAMERON HIGHLANDS

IN THE STATE OF PAHANG

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of by-election for the seat of the Dewan Rakyat P.078 Cameron Highlands in the

State of Pahang.

Citizens of Malaysia residing abroad excluding citizens of Malaysia residing in Singapore, the southern provinces of

Thailand, Brunei and Kalimantan and a person referred to in paragraph (c), (d),

(Registration of Electors) 2002

Any citizen of Malaysia residing abroad who has been in Malaysia, or returns to

Malaysia, for a period of not less than thirty days within five years before 15

December 2018 which is the date of vacancy established by the Election

Commission for the seat of the Dewan
