PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Lim Kwee Gee (No. KP. 730420-01-5787) dan Sonata Crest Sdn. Bhd. (No. Syarikat: 917600-D) supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Muar pada 21 Mac 2018 jam 10.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
